Cory Morgan speaks with Cypress-Medicine Hat United  Conservative Party MLA Drew Barnes on Barnes' recent call for the formation of an Alberta constitution. 
Long one of the most outspoken of UCP members, Barnes details how such a constitution could be created, what rights it would protect and why we need it. Barnes also expands on his support for getting on with the creation of an Alberta provincial police force due to his findings while serving on the Fair Deal Panel. 

The Canadian Taxpayer's Federation issued a press release indicating that over 900 Alberta Health Services management bureaucrats are making over $130,000 per year with some staggering numbers for some of the top managers. Cory Morgan of the Western Standard and Franco Terrazzano of the Canadian Taxpayer's Federation discuss where cuts need to be made. Also discussed is the broad cut to United Conservative Party government staffers and that may indicate as far as future government plans are.
